I had initially booked the Madeline Cruise, but a week before my trip, I received a message informing me that I would be on the Le Theatre Cruise instead. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the experience turned out to be really good. The views were amazing, and the personalized service from the crew members made me feel special. Our guide, Sam, was friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which enhanced our stay. I had a pleasant experience.

The boat was beautifully decorated and the room had a huge balcony with amazing views. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, especially Peter who took good care of us. The food was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options available. The location was stunning and we enjoyed the boat trip and kayaking activities.
The amount of rubbish in certain areas of the location was off-putting and it seemed like the issue was not being properly addressed. The early morning tannoy calls for certain guests was annoying and disruptive to those who were not required to be awake.

We originally booked Madeline Cruises, but were switched to Le Theatre cruise for no extra fee. the whole experience was incredible and felt like a whole holiday in just 24 hours. the crew, from the receptionist to the bartender, were all great. Our waiter, Sam, was thoughtful and helpful, and Tom, our tour guide, was perfect. the boat was stunning and our room was top notch. the trip was planned well with a packed itinerary but never felt rushed. the meals were delicious and they accommodated our food preferences.
We were very happy with the whole experience and can recommend it to everyone. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property 😊.

The food on the cruise was delicious and plentiful, and the excursions were fun and suitable for all ages. We especially enjoyed the kayaking and village visit to Cat Ba Island. The ship itself was almost brand new and the crew members were super attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was top notch, with special mention to Peter and Owen for their professionalism and attention to detail. The cruise was really nice, and we would love to do it again someday.

The Sea View Balcony: Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sea, like a painting come to life. We spent hours basking in the tranquil beauty, feeling like royalty on our own private oasis.
Limited Snack Options: Snack selection was limited, but understandable given the cruise's focus on the main meals.
